We are looking for a motivated product marketing assistant to join the team and support us with our skin care and food supplement brands. Give us a call - we'd love to hear from you.

**Responsibilities**:
Your main tasks will consist in assisting the creation and the update of packaging materials of our products and coordinating several projects within the changing environment of artworks.

Portfolio enhancements and portfolio maintenance:

- Coordinate the creation of new product packaging materials and the update of regular ones with all involved departments (Product Managers, Corporate Headquarters, Graphic Designer, Regulatory Affairs, Supply Chain) by following the process and tools accordingly.
- Work with different stakeholders to improve/optimize the current artwork process.
- Coordination of artwork update projects linked to a change in the regulatory environment. Example: coordination of updating artworks with sustainability logos.
- Coordination marketing projects such as our online catalogue.
- Provide any other administrative support to the implementation of product projects.
- Build internal and external relationships.

**Qualifications**:

- Degree in administration, bachelor or equivalent in experience
- A first experience in an administrative or project management position is a plus
- Excellent project management skills
- Good knowledge in office pack (Excel and Word)
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
