Local Marketing Assistant
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive individual to join our Local Marketing Team team as a Local Marketing Assistant. As a Local Marketing Assistant, you will play a crucial role in centralizing administrative tasks, managing budgets, coordinating with suppliers, and supporting the Marketing and Sales teams.
Key Responsibilities
Being a Local Marketing Assistant includes the following responsibilities, amongst others:
- Centralize all invoices, create purchase orders, compare them with the allocated budget, and ensure timely payment follow-up- Monitor project budgets by creating individual Excel files, comparing the allocated budget with the actual expenditure at the end of each event or project- Manage the approval process for invoices, contracts, and other relevant documents. Follow up with suppliers as necessary- Conduct supplier research for branded items, monitor order progress, and handle invoice coordination- Coordinate product orders and maintain close follow-up with the warehouse- Provide support to the Marketing and Sales teams in coordinating surveys- Assist the Marketing team in prospecting, researching, and planning events and communications- Support the Marketing team in executing social media strategies and initiatives
**Profile**:
- Demonstrated ability to multitask and thrive in high-pressure environments with tight deadlines- Proficient in performing administrative tasks, showcasing good organizational skills- Possess a creative and “think out-of-the-box mindset”- Fluent in English, all other European languages are a plus- Strong dedication to being a team player, actively contributing to the success of the team and the organization as a whole
