**What will you do as Commercial Assets and Marcom Specialist?**
The Commercial Assets and Marcom Coordinator supervises the administrative process around all commercial text for our GtM (Go to Market) tools. This includes acquiring (together with a copywriter), validating, storing in an appropriate framework, protecting and processing various data in several languages. The key purpose of the role is to ensure the accessibility, reliability (up to date) and timeliness of required data for its users.
**Responsibilities**
Commercial data:
- Safeguard the consistency in messaging of final digital and printed assets, with the website as primary focus
- Take charge of the (new) commercial products presentations (in close cooperation with the Product Managers)
Commercial assets:
- Together with the GtM Marketeer, organize the creation and safeguard consistency of commercial assets, such as product catalogues, brochures, sales & product presentations, videos.
- Select commercial information to be used in briefings for the copywriter(s), graphic designer(s), external agencies etc
- Ensure all assets are being loaded into the asset management and/or sales tool system in order to make them available to internal and external stakeholders, in a user-friendly way
- Ensure content of assets are being updated as needed
Coordination:
- SPOC for translation agency. Be responsible for the translation process related to our assets and ensure a yearly evaluation is done on a European level. Make improvement proposals as you see relevant
- JIRA (Marcom) ticketing system: Continuously evaluate the process and suggest improvements when needed.
- Meeting organizer (JIRA, Marcom meetings)
**Who are we looking for?**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing and/or Communication
- Understanding of the marketing mix in similar markets
- Development of marketing comms material for a technical business
- Stakeholder management
- Structured copywriting (be able to write ‘how to’ documents)
- Analytical and organizational skills
- Problem-solving and communications skills
- Excellent knowlegde of Dutch and English
