**About the job**
- Managing a worldwide patent portfolio
- Assessing and advising on issues such as freedom to operate, alleged infringement and IP disputes
- IP Due diligence and strategic advice on IP matters
- Handling oppositions, appeals and litigations

**About you**
- MA or PhD degree in Engineering, Physics, Chemistry or Computer Sciences
- Fluent in Dutch and English
- Excellent writing and oral communication skills
- Proactive attitude with the ability to prioritize and take initiative
- Ability to handle confidential cases in a discrete manner
