This is a unique opportunity to work at one of the leading companies in Chromatography and Mass-Spectometry. This role can be based from our Belgium, German or Italy office locations.
**This is a FTC for 11 months.**
**Responsibilities**:
- Processing of consumable orders.
- Accurately raise, credit and re-invoice orders, using approved systems and processes..
- Ensure that any customer specific product or site specifications are accurately communicated to distribution and manufacturing.
- Liaise with Credit Control concerning new account details and/or credit queries.
Qualifications:
**Professional level of German and English languages**
Any other European language is an advantage
Strong customer focus.
Attention to detail and accuracy
Proven Excel skills
Good communication skills, able to communicate effectively with various partners.
SAP experience would be an advantage.
Strong time management and organisational skills
Ability to collaborate and work in a team
Professional experience in customer service is an advantage but not essential
