**Over de organisatie**
Onze klant is internationaal vertegenwoordigd met zo’n 25 afdelingen in de Benelux, UK en het Afrikaanse continent en staan in voor het verdelen van trucks en allerhande truckonderdelen vnl binnen Afrika. Je komt terecht in het Logistiek centrum te Antwerpen.
**Jouw nieuwe functie**
Als Order Handler ben je verantwoordelijk voor:
- Het invoeren en afhandelen van de bestellingen van truckonderdelen voor de filialen van de groep gelegen in het Afrikaanse continent.
- Dagelijks krijg je bestellingen door van de filialen, jouw interne klant, waarvoor je orders dient te plaatsen bij de leveranciers.
- Rekening houdend met de urgentie van je bestelling ga je deze ook een bepaalde prioriteit toekennen voor de verzending.
- Jij bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor deze filialen, jouw interne klant, en de leveranciers en houdt alle partijen voortdurend op de hoogte van stand van zaken omtrent orderverwerkingen, backorders, prijzen, doorlooptijden, levertijden etc.
- Jij hebt het volledige dossierbeheer in handen en je voorziet de verzendafdeling van de juiste instructies zodoende de goederen tijdig ter plaatse te krijgen.
- Bij levering van verkeerde of beschadigde goederen zoek jij uit wat er is misgelopen en voorzie jij een passende oplossing.
**Jouw profiel**
- Idealiter heb je een commerciële, administratieve of logistieke opleiding achter de rug en heb je reeds gelijkwaardige werkervaring opgedaan binnen bv. orderverwerking, customer service of aankoop.
- Je kan zelfstandig alsook in team goed functioneren en je bent communicatief en commercieel ingesteld zodoende goede klantenrelaties op te bouwen en te onderhouden.
- Je kan georganiseerd werken, je bewaart een goed overzicht en je kan te allen tijde je prioriteiten opnieuw stellen op basis van de noden van de klant.
- Een vlotte kennis van Excel en feeling voor het aanleren van nieuwe IT-systemen is een must.
- Gezien je dagelijks in contact staat met vnl. Franstalige contacten is een vlotte gesproken en geschreven kennis Frans vereist naast een goed woordje Engels en Nederlands.

- Na een opleidingsperiode kan je 2 dagen per week van thuis werken in overleg met het team.
