**The European School of Mol is recruiting 1 Executive Assistant to the Director**
**Responsibilities**:
The Executive Assistant acts as the Director's first point of contact for people from both inside and outside the organization and supports the Director in all administrative tasks to ensure a smooth management of the school
Principal tasks and responsibilities:
- Organize the Director’s calendar;
- Plan and organize meetings for the Director and the various school committees;
- Draft the agenda and prepare the documentation (incl. presentations) for the meetings;
- Take and distribute minutes of meetings;
- Execute a diverse range of administrative and secretarial tasks associated with the management of a school;
- Liaise with the school secretaries and other staff on administrative matters and participate in working groups;
- Organize in-service trainings;
- Administer and promote the Language center;
- Coordinate and organize events and activities (after-school, weekends included);
**Profile and requirements**:
- Bachelor in Office Management or equivalent;
- Min. 5 years working experience as an Executive Assistant is a must;
- Excellent knowledge of Dutch, English and French. Knowledge of other EU languages would be an asset;
- Excellent knowledge of Office software (word, excel...);
- Experience in a multilingual international environment;
- Pro-active attitude;
- Strong organisational and communication skills;
- Ability to work to deadlines and deal with confidential information in a responsible manner;
- A proactive attitude and are autonomous, positive, problem-solver.

**Offer**:
- A dynamic job in an international environment
- A full-time contract of indefinite duration for 36,33 hours per week (39,5 working hours per week - 195 working days) according to the Service Regulations of Administrative and Ancillary Staff: (Ref.: 2007-D-153-en) starting on 1 September 2023.
- Your holidays are scheduled in parallel with the school holidays, with the exception of 10 days before the start of the school year and 5 days after the end of the school year.
- Depending on previous professional experience the monthly gross salary may range from € 5.319,89 to € 5.971,24.
- Your children may register freely at one of the European schools, under restriction of the enrolment policy for European schools.
