**Le job**:
- Exécuter les processus de traitement de données, d’activation/désactivation de contrats, defacturation, de paiement et rapporter d’éventuelles déviations permettant d’identifier les zones d’amélioration.
- Prendre part à l’implémentation des changements de stratégie tarifaire décidés par la direction.
- Participer au suivi et au respect des SLAs et KPIs de performance du département.
- Participer à la mise en place de solutions visant à améliorer la performance du département et l’efficacité et la sécurité de nos processus opérationnels et d’échange avec le marché.
- Participer à des projets visant à améliorer l’expérience et la satisfaction client.
- Produire des rapports analytiques et de contrôle.
- Participer aux discussions opérationnelles avec les différents interlocuteurs du marché : gestionnaires de réseau, régulateurs, fournisseurs, etc.
- Participer au maintien de la conformité réglementaire de nos processus et procédures.
- Centraliser les irrégularités de nos différents outils et interagir avec nos partenaires IT pour arriver à une solution.
- Exécuter des requêtes sur nos bases de données et mettre en forme le résultat.
- Assister le management dans ses tâches et dans le développement du département.

- Vous êtes titulaire d’un diplôme de type master.
- Vous êtes rigoureux(se), efficace, autodidacte et vous êtes de nature curieuse.
- Vous aimez travailler en équipe.
- Vous êtes autonome, et faites preuve de proactivité.
- Vous avez l’esprit analytique, le souci du détail et aimez résoudre des problèmes complexes.
- Vous êtes très à l’aise avec l’outil informatique et la suite Office. Excel n’a que très peu de secret pour vous.
- Vous avez une connaissance de SQL.
- Connaitre le marché de l’énergie est plus, tout comme disposer d’une connaissance basique de la programmation informatique, mais cela n’est pas indispensable.
- Le néerlandais est un +.
