**FONCTION**:
Assurer la gestion administrative et le suivi de la livraison des véhicules commandés

et, par là même, veiller à la résolution des éventuels problèmes rencontrés entre le

moment de la commande du véhicule et la livraison de celui-ci au client afin de

contribuer à une livraison optimale répondant aux critères de qualité des marques et

du Groupe et participer à la satisfaction et à la fidélisation du client.
- vérifie la conformité des données composant un dossier « commande véhicule

neuf »
- Assure le suivi de différents dossiers en lien avec l’achat du véhicule neuf
- Prendre contact, avec différents intervenants internes et externes
- Veiller à la mise à jour et aux corrections éventuelles des dossiers de

commandes
- Etablir les documents administratifs et légaux d’acquisition du véhicule neuf et

prépare le formulaire d’assurances pour la demande d’immatriculation
- crée et envoyer la facture au client, vérifie le paiement du véhicule avant sa

livraison

**PROFIL**:

- Niveau de connaissance d’enseignement secondaire supérieur ou équivalent

par expérience
- Connaissance des principes de financement particulier et d’achat de véhicules

neufs
- Connaissance des marques, modèles et du secteur Automobile
- Connaissance des outils informatiques courants et spécifiques
- Connaissance de la deuxième langue nationale (oral et écrit) et connaissance

de l’anglais
