**Head of Architecture & Innovatie**

- Om ons ICT managementteam te versterken zijn we op zoek naar een ondernemende en innovatieve Head of Architecture & Innovatie met een visie op het architectuurlandschap. Samen met Business en ICT stakeholders, stuur jij innovatieprojecten aan die business value voor onze leden brengen. Daadkrachtig, flexibel, een teamplayer en een overtuigende oplossingsgerichte gesprekspartner, dat ben jij.
- Je vertaalt de strategische richtlijnen naar specifieke architecturen en bijhorende ICT-objectieven, je begeleid domein roadmaps op en projecten van deze roadmap om de architectuur te bereiken.
- Je leidt, coördineert en creëert de gehele architectuur, rekening houdend met de strategische behoeften van CM-MC groep en de richting waarin onze organisatie evolueert.
- Je identificeert de meest belangrijkste architecturale uitdagingen en evalueert de impact van de resulterende oplossingen op de gehele technologische architectuur.
- Je volgt de laatste trends en evoluties op de markt op, je identificeert opportuniteiten en verleent advies over de evolutie van de organisatie om de uitdaging van de digitale transformatie aan te gaan.
- Je bewaakt en zorgt ervoor dat het gekozen architectuur in specifieke projecten wordt uitgevoerd.
- Je beschrijft de normen en standaarden voor de architectuur van CM (non-negociables).
- Je adviseert de CIO over innovatieve technologieën in relevante technische domeinen. Als hoofd architect trekt je de verschillende innovatieprojecten.
- Je adviseert onze business directies over innovatieve technologieën die Business value voor onze leden zullen brengen.
- Je bent people manager van een team van 5 ervaren architecten.

Dit ben jij
- Je beschikt over een master diploma of gelijkwaardig door ervaring, aangevuld met minimum 10 jaar ervaring in informatica en 5 jaar ervaring in een managementfunctie.
- Ervaring als Head of Architecture is groot pluspunt.
- Je hebt een grondige kennis van en ervaring met relevante technologieën en architectuur best practices op vlak van applicatieontwikkeling, data management en modellering, integratie architectuur, mobile/web development en architectuur,
- Je beschikt over een grondige kennis van mínimaal twee architectuurlagen (businessprocessen, applicatie, data, infrastructuur).
- Je hebt kennis van architectuurframeworks en architectuurdesign.
- ICT-governance principes en concepten zijn je wel bekend.
- Je bent vlot meertalig, Nederlands, Frans en Engels is belangrijk in functie van de interne en externe contacten.
- Je hebt een uitgesproken resultaat focus, bent innovatief, overtuigend en oplossingsgericht.
- Je streeft naar resultaten en maximale klanttevredenheid. Je hebt de natuurlijke ambitie om je medewerkers verder te ontwikkelen.
