Als Deputy Head of Complaints draag je elke dag bij aan de tevredenheid van onze klanten.
Een klacht is een belangrijk moment: het is unieke en waardevolle feedback waarmee Belfius zijn product
- en dienstenaanbod continu kan verbeteren.
Door onze producten, processen en diensten te verbeteren is niet enkel de indiener van de klacht tevredener, ook onze andere klanten hebben er baat bij.
Jouw job in een notendop
Als Deputy Head of Complaints ondersteun je de Head of Complaints, zowel in de strategie van de afdeling als in het beheer ervan, inclusief people management. Je krijgt de volgende verantwoordelijkheden:
- Waar nodig vervang je de Head of Complaints tijdens vergaderingen en je helpt hem/haar bij de voorbereiding van vergaderingen en seminars door input uit de verschillende teams te verzamelen en te consolideren.
- De bankwereld en de toepasselijke wet
- en regelgeving veranderen voortdurend. Daarom bekijk je continu hoe de organisatie, de middelen en de tools van de afdeling aan die realiteit kunnen worden aangepast.
- Als de Head of Complaints afwezig is - maar ook in het algemeen - ben je het aanspreekpunt voor het hele team en ondersteun je de andere managers.
- Je bent een referentiepersoon voor de beheerders voor dossiers waarin een specifieke beslissing moet worden genomen. Je beheert projecten die te maken hebben met klachten zodat ze afgerond worden binnen de vereiste scope, het budget, de timing en de kwaliteit.
- Als lid van het management stel je de visie en de werking van de afdeling op een constructieve en gezonde manier in vraag.
- Je maakt reportings voor de verschillende directies van de bank.
