**Omschrijving**:
Als Order Specialist sta je klanten te woord over hun orders en zorg je voor een vlekkeloze behandeling van deze orders. Je doet dit op een klantvriendelijke en professionele manier in het Nederlands, Frans en Engels. Dit bedrijf in Zaventem is gespecialiseerd in postkameroplossingen, proces automatisatie en parcel lockers en biedt tot wel 3 dagen thuiswerk aan. Interesse? Jouw taken als Order Specialist bestaan uit:
- Je verwerkt de gemaakte orders;
- Je bestelt de nodige machines en toebehoren bij de leveranciers;
- Je ontvangt de leveringen in het systeem
- Je beheert de verschillende contracten en de database
- Je factureert de orders
- Je houdt spontaan contact met klanten, leveranciers en collega’s
**Profiel**
Als Order Specialist ben je klantvriendelijk en communicatief ingesteld. Bovenal beschik je over een eerste administratieve ervaring (een pluspunt als deze ervaring met orders zou zijn).
- Français, Nederlands en Engels; je communiceert vlot in de 3 talen (zowel mondeling als schriftelijk)
- Je beschikt over een eerste administratieve ervaring
