..**Wat doe je?**:
Je bent eindverantwoordelijk voor het nakomen van de afgesproken operationele targets (servicelevels, kwaliteit, sales, bereikbaarheid, handling times,...) met opdrachtgevers dan wel interne normen.

Je bewaakt permanent de voortgang van de overeengekomen doelstellingen binnen de verschillende sites en afdelingen

In samenwerking met HR, draag je als Global Client OPS Manager het HR beleid binnen jouw operationele unit uit, zowel strategisch, tactisch als op operationeel niveau.

De teams van de Global Client Operaions Manager zijn de ‘eyes and the ears’ van de klanten en vertegenwoordigen de ‘voice of the customer’. In samenwerking met Project Management, zorgt je voor relevante feedback, in functie van verbeteringen (TCO initiatieven, contact avoidance, contact deflection, first time right, transactionele net promotor score, E-Sat onder de vorm van wellbeing acties, digital mindset, )

Je stelt concrete voorstellen, doelen en operationele targets (waaronder SL, AHT, E-Sat, C-Sat, enz.) en beleid op om de klantverwachtingen op een optimaal niveau te garanderen.

Je zet je in om voortdurend procesmatig verbeteringen aan te brengen van de kwaliteit van dienstverlening en rendement van de organisatie

Je bent eindverantwoordelijk voor de financiële doelen van je operationele unit, en geeft mede vorm aan het overall financiële beleid en de budgetten, in samenwerking met global key account management, en dit conform de Wengage waarden.

Als Global Client Operations Manager ben je verantwoordelijk voor jouw operationele unit en financiële resultaten. Je coacht actief, informeert consequent en bent hierin georganiseerd met het oog op het behalen van de vooropgestelde doelstellingen.

Als Global Client Operations Manager ben je visibel en aanspreekbaar voor alle medewerkers en zorgt voor een goede balans tussen het inspelen op de noden van de team(s) en de verwachtingen van Wengage en de klanten/partners.

Als Global Client OPS Manager verhoog je, in een matrixstructuur, de betrokkenheid van jouw medewerkers door middel van bottom up communicatie. (briefings, 121’s, teammeetings, workshops,...).

Je hebt oog voor talent en ambitie binnen jouw operationele unit. Je kent de sterktes en zwaktes van elk van jouw medewerkers en gaat hier vanuit een verbindend leiderschap actief mee aan de slag.

**Master Denkniveau**: Je hebt een masterdiploma of een gelijkwaardig denkniveau verworven door bewezen jaren werkervaring, met mínimaal 10 jaar relevante ervaring.

**Meertaligheid en Communicatievaardigheden**: Je beheerst vloeiend Nederlands en Frans, met een goede beheersing van het Engels voor effectieve communicatie in een internationale omgeving.

**Analytisch en Cijfermatig Talent**: Je beschikt over uitstekende numerieke vaardigheden voor effectieve rapportage en probleemoplossing.

**Innovatief Denkvermogen**: Je toont het vermogen om met relevante ideeën en inzichten nieuwe en verbeterde werkwijzen en processen te bedenken.

**Flexibiliteit en Stressbestendigheid**: Je blinkt uit in een snel veranderende omgeving en staat bekend als een bedreven multitasker met een hoge mate van stressbestendigheid.
