**Mission**:
We are looking for a Project Support Officer at the Crew Scheduling department to support the implementation of the Jeppesen Crew Management Suite. As Project Support Officer, you ensure the change management required to stabilize Phase I of the Jeppesen project, as well as actively contribute to the implementation of Phase II - all in coordination with the IT Project Manager.

**Tasks**:

- Follow up on action items within the Crew Scheduling team
- Follow up and coordinate changes in the current crew planning processes, optimizing the correct way of working with Jeppesen Rostering and Pairing system
- Distribute and execute action items on business side of the Crew Scheduling
- Contribute to deliver the documentation for all processes and centralize it in Teams
- Keep track of changes in the short-term and long-terms goals
- Coordinate with the relevant business departments (Training, Network, FL OPS, Cabin) the necessary changes and deliverables
- Follow up on the running rostering publication on a monthly basis
- Support the further roll out of the Jeppesen Crew Management System: phase 2 and phase 3, i.e. with administrative tasks
- Support the IT Project Manager in achieving the Jeppesen project goals for phase 2 and 3
- Assist in administrative tasks and make sure that everything is running smoothly on Business side so that the IT Project manager can achieve the Jeppesen project Goals for Phase 2 &3
- Contribute to the content creation, in collaboration with the Project Manager, needed for project steerco meetings, stakeholder awareness, team briefings
- Coordinate and communicate with external stakeholders such as IT, Jeppesen software provider and Swiss
- Coordinate and align with the IT PM for day to day ops in the framework of Active support and for the changes/bugs to be implemented
- Make sure that all business resources attend relevant meetings and meet deadlines
- Run tests on the new setup, together with the IT department
- Advice on necessary process changes towards relevant stakeholders
- Ensure that we reach the project objectives and milestones in collaboration with all teams involved
