Als ambitieuze customer experience manager bij Liantis ben je verantwoordelijk voor het optimaliseren van de klantbeleving. Je identificeert klantbehoeften, stuurt het UX-team aan, ontwikkelt strategische oplossingen en bepaalt onderzoeks

**Wie zoeken we?**:

- Je hebt liefst een bachelor
- of masterdiploma op zak. Je heb minimum 5 jaar relevante werkervaring achter de rug in UX design of service design. Maar het allerbelangrijkst voor ons: je goesting om ervoor te gaan.
- Je bent een organisator, in hart en nieren. Je neemt alles in rekening en slaagt erin om verschillende taken te combineren. En het strafste: je behoudt het overzicht.
- Ben je oplossingsgericht en zie je makkelijk structuren in een groter geheel? Ideaal
- Als customer experience manager je service
- en mensgericht. Vlot in omgang zowel in het Nederlands als Frans met een luisterend oor om de noden te detecteren.
- Ben je een teamplayer? Perfect Je bent in staat om jouw team aan te sturen en tegelijkertijd zelfstandig te werken.
- Standplaats is Brugge, maar je verplaatst je regelmatig naar de verschillende Liantis-kantoren, telewerk behoort ook tot de mogelijkheden.

**Je takenpakket**:

- Met jouw coachende en begeleidende vaardigheden stuur je jouw team van UX-specialisten operationeel en strategisch aan. Met slechts één doel: je team continu verbeteren.
- Het ontwikkelen van oplossingen en organiseren van onze dienstverlening haal je voldoening uit. Eindresultaat? Een optimale klantervaring. Je zorgt voor efficiëntie en effectiviteit en stemt de UX-strategie af op de Liantis-strategie, benefit map en roadmap in samenwerking met verschillende stakeholders.
- Je bepaalt de te hanteren onderzoeks
- en analysemethodes en zorgt voor een transparante, constante en uniforme werkwijze. Je zet de resultaten om naar waardevolle rapportages, analyses, conclusies en optimalisatievoorstellen.
- Je staat in voor de permanente ontwikkeling en continue verbetering van je eigen werkorganisatie. Ook blijf je op de hoogte van de laatste ontwikkelingen en tendensen in jouw vakgebied en zorgt voor een hoogwaardige dienstverlening.
