ERGO Insurance nv is op zoek naar een customer service agent voor Regulatory Operational Management (ROM Team / AML / KYC).

Deze afdeling is het eerstelijns verdedigings
- en expertisecentrum inzake AML en is de bevoorrechte interface van "Customer Services" voor alle vragen in verband met AML. Het ROM-team is ook belast met operationele taken in verband met de naleving van de CRS- en FATCA-regels.

Functie binnen het ROM-team:

- Ervoor zorgen dat de door de "Customer Services" uitgevoerde taken voldoen aan de geldende regelgeving voor zowel AML als CRS-FATCA, GDPR en andere antifraudemaatregelen, alsmede interne procedures en beleid;
- Periodieke beoordelingen (KYC) van cliënten uitvoeren op basis van hun risicoprofiel;
- Actief deelnemen aan de taak van constante waakzaamheid door de analyse van waarschuwingen die door de systemen of door de operationele afdelingen worden gedetecteerd, gedetailleerde en gedocumenteerde rapporten opstellen die aan de tweede lijn worden doorgegeven;
- Analyseren en opstellen van verslagen over atypische transacties en, in voorkomend geval, doorgeven van de resultaten van de tweedelijnsanalyses;
- analyseren van PEP-profielen, mogelijk gesanctioneerde cliënten, enz.
- Beantwoorden aan verzoeken van lokale autoriteiten (politie, financieel parket);
- Actief deelnemen aan elk project in verband met regelgevingskwesties;
- De ontwikkeling van procedures ondersteunen en de nodige aanpassingen doen om te voldoen aan nieuwe wet
- en regelgeving;
- Deelnemen aan de opsporing van CRS/FATCA-indices, de opvolging van de procedure tot de opstelling van de jaarlijkse reglementaire verklaringen;
- Professionele kennis en technische vaardigheden op het gebied van AML, CRS & FATCA, GDPR en andere fraudebestrijdingsmaatregelen bijwerken en onderhouden om de eigen professionele kennis te maximaliseren en optimaal toe te passen binnen de organisatie.

De leden van de ROM-afdeling maken deel uit van een team. Elk lid assisteert in zijn functie de ROM-manager bij het beoordelen van relevante openstaande onderwerpen met compliance en andere operationele afdelingen, van processen en controles, en zorgt voor een tijdige, effectieve, correcte en volledige uitvoering van de regelgeving.

Profiel:

- Communicatief: u bent bij voorkeur drietalig (FR-NL-ENG) en communiceert op zijn minst voldoende vlot in het Engels, Frans en/of Nederlands, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk zodat u op een duidelijke en begrijpelijke manier over de resultaten kunt rapporteren;
- Autonoom: je neemt initiatief en kan zelfstandig werken in het beheer van je processen en procedures. U kunt uw dag organiseren en plannen volgens prioriteiten;
- Nauwkeurig: je bent nauwkeurig in je werk. Je werkt graag met allerlei soorten gegevens en weet deze te analyseren;
- Coöperatief: je bent een teamspeler en deelt graag je kennis met anderen. Je zoekt naar oplossingen die voor iedereen aanvaardbaar zijn. Je zorgt voor mogelijke optimalisaties;
- Je hebt een bachelor-diploma of diploma gelijkwaardig aan ervaring;
- Een PCP-certificaat is een pluspunt.
