We are currently seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team at Johnson & Johnson as an E2E Plan Process Lead. Our company is dedicated to transforming healthcare by developing innovative solutions that prevent, treat, and cure complex diseases. As an E2E Plan Process Lead, you will play a pivotal role in our Clinical Supply Chain organization.
The Clinical Supply Chain (CSC) team is responsible for managing global clinical supplies, including the Janssen Research & Development portfolio and the Global Medical Affairs portfolio. In this role, you will oversee the planning processes and drive operational efficiencies to ensure the timely and effective delivery of clinical supplies to over 60,000 patients across more than 330 clinical trials annually.
Your key responsibilities will include:
1. Assessing and improving current planning processes: You will evaluate the maturity of our planning processes and develop a roadmap to drive operational efficiencies. This includes implementing dashboards, tools, and metrics within the CSC PLAN function.
2. Developing and executing advanced planning strategies: You will define and align strategies for advanced planning tools, ensuring that we stay at the forefront of technology and innovation within the supply chain industry.
3. Establishing governance and driving adoption: You will establish governance processes for new initiatives and strategies within the CSC Plan teams, ensuring smooth implementation and cross-functional alignment.
4. Collaborating and influencing stakeholders: To advance planning processes, you will collaborate with stakeholders across the supply chain and project teams, leveraging new technologies and innovations.
5. Providing leadership and driving efficiency: You will lead and govern the identification, development, and implementation of base business operations within the CSC PLAN function. Additionally, you will identify future opportunities to further optimize the planning organization.
6. Partnering on strategic projects: You will partner with R&D, JSC, and digital organizations on strategic projects related to planning processes and supply chain optimizations.
7. Build a global coalition around the topic of advanced planning in Clinical Supply Chains. Identify opportunities for leveraging skills and resources. Maintain linkage and alignment to J&J Enterprise and industry best practices.
**Qualifications**:
**Education**:
- Masters Degree required with preference in Supply Chain, Operations Research, Engineering, Computer Science, Analytics, AI or equivalent/Advanced degree/MBA preferred.
- PMP, FPX SME, Lean / 6S Black Belt, or equivalent certifications required.
- APICS certification (CPIM, CFPIM, or CIRM) preferred.
- Other certifications in areas of expertise desirable.
**Experience**:
- Minimum of Eight (8) years of relevant experience is required.
- Experience in working and leading in a matrix environment
- Experience managing and working with a multi-regional and multi-functional team in a global, highly matrix environment is required.
- Project and Program management experience required.
- User experience with advanced planning platforms (OMP) is required.
- Experience with Process Excellence/Six Sigma tools, training, and/or certification is required.
- Professional experience in Plan with an outstanding understanding of E2E processes.
- Experience working in the Pharmaceutical, R&D Clinical Supply Chain preferred.

- Demonstrates a strong working knowledge of best practices and benchmarks.
- Ability to effectively manage projects, multiple priorities, and timelines.
- Pro-active, can-do attitude. Self-starter with the ability to forge collaboration across all levels within the enterprise.
