Onze klant is een **technologiebedrijf** gespecialiseerd in **consultancy en engineering diensten**.

Hun **+80 consultants** worden uitgedaagd in R&D-projecten op middellange tot lange termijn bij 's werelds beste technologiebedrijven.

Ze werken met passie aan innovatieve projecten op het gebied van lucht
- en ruimtevaart, automotive, telecom, nanotech, halfgeleiders, medische apparatuur en vele andere.

Ze bouwen lange termijn relaties op met hun klanten en ondersteunt hen in vijf verschillende engineeringgebieden: Mechatronics, Mechanical, Embedded software, Electronics and Data Science.

Om hun Talent Acquisition Team te versterken, zijn ze op zoek naar een **Recruitment Lead**

**Over jouw rol**

Als Recruitment Lead geef je leiding aan een team van Talent Acquisition Specialisten en speel je een sleutelrol in de groei van onze klant:

- Het definiëren en opzetten van een geschikte wervings
- en sourcing strategie, met gebruik van sociale media, vacaturebanken en externe rekruteringspartners, om de beste kandidaten op de markt aan te trekken.
- Leidinggeven en coördineren van een team van 4 Talent Acquisition Specialisten
- Persoonlijke begeleiding van elke Talent Acquisition Specialist om hen naar succes te leiden en hun groeipotentieel te ondersteunen.
- Je vervult de rol van mentor en leidinggevende. Je wijst je team een duidelijke koers, waarbij je waarborgt dat directe werving een continu proces is. Je inspireert je team en benadrukt dat proactieve initiatieven een positieve invloed hebben op de groei van de onderneming.
- Tijdens piekmomenten bied je ondersteuning aan je team bij het aantrekken van kandidaten (consultants).
- Je coördineert de selectie, onboarding en training van nieuwe Talent Acquisition Specialisten.
- Je werkt in nauwe samenwerking met het Salesteam om de wervingsstrategie en de instroom van kandidaten te verbeteren.
- Samen met de HR Manager zet je je volledig in om het werkgeversmerk te versterken en de retentie te bevorderen.

**Wie ben jij**
- Jij hebt met voorkeur een masterdiploma in HR, Psychologie, Communicatie en/of een bachelor met enkele jaren pertinente ervaring.
- Je hebt mínimaal 3 jaar ervaring in het werven van niche profielen ben jij de expert die we zoeken.
- Succesvolle ervaring als teamleider is voor jou geen onbekend terrein.
- Jouw aanpak is doel
- en resultaatgericht.
- Je beschikt over sterke coaching
- en communicatieve vaardigheden.
- Initiatief nemen zit in jouw natuur, en je schrikt er niet voor terug om de status quo uit te dagen.
- Praktisch handelen is jou niet vreemd, maar je kunt ook kaders op een meer strategisch niveau uitwerken.
- Vloeiend in zowel het Nederlands als Engels; kennis van het Frans is een grote plus.
