**The UX/UI & CRO Expert analyses the Toyota and Lexus websites to increase conversion rates and ensure customer satisfaction. The position will drive optimization capabilities to impact the overall business results.**

To do this, the UX/UI & CRO Expert will:

- Help users get things done with minimum effort by defining the entire path (funnel) that users take to reach the goal;
- Analyze the behavior of users;
- Collect user data (Google analytics / Contentsquare / Usabilla / );
- Carry out usability tests (A/B tests);
- Provide insights / data / recommendations;
- Define action plans to improve conversion;
- Design wireframes in line with business objectives and customer needs;
- Execute benchmarks and collaborate with other countries to share best practices.

**Profile**
- Demonstrable experience in digital marketing 3-5 years (UX/UI design and/or CRO)
- Experience in digital measurement / web analysis
- Good analytical and visual thinking skills, with the ability to identify business needs, pain points and opportunities, prioritize findings, draw conclusions, and develop actionable recommendations and roadmaps
- Creative

- Prototype / Wireframe tool like Figma, Adobe XD, Miro...
- French or Dutch + English
