**Rôle Analyste (50%)**
- Compréhension des besoins exprimés le business pour proposer des solutions fonctionnelles incluant les éléments nécessaires à leur mise en œuvre par les équipes techniques.
- Collaboration avec les spécialistes business et les collaborateurs techniques pour concevoir des solutions adaptées, en partenariat avec des fournisseurs externes ou en interne.
- Maintenance de la documentation à jour.
- Vous serez amenée à participer a certaines activités de développement et de testing.

**Rôle Support (30%)**
- Monitorer l'exécution correcte de tous les processus, y compris le suivi des batchs de nuit et l'organisation des livraisons (patchs management).

**Rôle Ingénieur Système (20%) (Rôle Backup)**
- Anticipation des besoins en capacités techniques de l'unité IT ICP.
- Garantie de la conformité des systèmes IT ICP, notamment en termes de sécurité.
- Assurer la haute disponibilité des systèmes IT (ex: IT DR).
- Conception et évolution de l'architecture technique de l'unité IT ICP.
- Fait preuve d'autonomie et de proactivité. Diplôme de l'enseignement supérieur (Bachelier ou Master en IT).
- Expérience professionnelle de 5 à 10 ans dans une fonction similaire au cours des 5 dernières années.
- Expérience dans l'analyse et la conception de solutions basées sur les processus.
- Familiarité avec l'environnement Oracle (SQL Server / MySQL).
- Maîtrise des systèmes d'exploitation tels que AIX, LINUX, RED HAT.
- Utilisation d'outils tels que la virtualisation KVM et TIVOLI Storage Manager, ainsi que des SGBD Oracle.
- Très bonne maîtrise de l'anglais.
