Ons partnerbedrijf _**_Phished_**_ helpt bedrijven om hun medewerkers op te leiden op vlak van cybersecurity. In amper twee jaar tijd bouwden ze een portefeuille uit van 250 klanten in België, Nederland en het Verenigd Koninkrijk. Zoveel groei, dat vraagt om hulp - hoog tijd om de Legal-afdeling te versterken._
We zijn op zoek naar een **bedrijfsjurist** die onze beide bedrijven juridisch ondersteunt. Iemand die er helemaal voor gaat. En dus ook graag in vast dienstverband wil werken.
**Wat je job inhoudt**
- Bringme en Phished zijn actief op vele vlakken en elk facet van onze business heeft een link met legal. Jij wordt voor ons een interne business partner, maar begeleidt met je expertise en advies ook je collega’s in hun job en hun doelstellingen.
- Als intern expert adviseer je bij strategieën, aanbestedingen en groeitrajecten op een day-to-day basis.
- Als geboren commerciële onderhandelaar negotieer je contracten en partnerships met klanten, leveranciers en andere stakeholders.
- Als onze Legal Business Partner denk je mee als ondernemer, je begrijpt met jouw juridische expertise ook de financiële implicaties.
- Bringme en Phished hebben hun hoofdvestiging in Leuven, maar zijn in meerdere landen actief. Je treedt dus ook internationaal als partner op en waakt over de juridische belangen.
**Must-haves**:
- Een** Master in Rechten of bachelor rechtsprakrijk**:
- Natuurlijk beschik je over flink wat juridische expertise. **Maar het mag voor ons ook iets meer zijn.** Een flinke dosis technische kennis en ervaring, gecombineerd met management skills.
- Ervaring in** contracten
- en handelsrecht**. Bij specifieke dossiers laat je je begeleiden door de beste experten op de markt.
- ** Commerciële onderhandelingsvaardigheid** met zowel interne als externe stakeholders.
- Gezien de **internationale context** beheers je zowel het **Nederlands** als het **Engels **grondig, mondeling én schriftelijk. Goede kennis van het Frans is meegenomen.
- Je werkt met een divers publiek. Om impact te hebben als businesspartner kan je juridisch jargon omzetten in businesstaal: duidelijk, adviserend en begrijpelijk voor iedereen.
