Legal Counsel BeLux

Als Legal Counsel hou je je bezig met alle juridische vragen die er binnen Bierbrouwerij AB InBev spelen. Je staat midden in de organisatie en hebt een nauwe band met de commerciële teams, de directie en Europese (legal) collega’s. Je bent werkzaam op ons kantoor in Leuven, op 5 minuten loopafstand van het station.

Wat houdt de job in?
- Je houdt je voornamelijk bezig met de strategisch-juridische ondersteuning van het commerciële team dat zich richt op de Belgische en Luxemburgse markt van supermarkten en andere winkels
- Je beheert de geschillenportefeuille met betrekking tot deze markt, maar ook voor onze logistiek en brouwerijen
- Met behulp van contractspecialisten sluit je waterdichte aankoop
- en verkoopcontracten
- Je onderricht de interne departementen over de aspecten van het mededingingsrecht en het verbintenissenrecht die verband houden met hun business
- Je waakt over het naleven van het compliance programma
- Je denkt voortdurend na hoe je je scope kan verbeteren door te veranderen, te automatiseren en/of te digitaliseren

De legal counsel rapporteert aan de Senior Legal Counsel Belgium en Luxemburg.

Welk profile zoeken we?
- Master in de rechten
- Perfecte beheersing van het Nederlands, Frans en Engels
- Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring in een gelijkaardige functie bij een juridische afdeling van een internationale onderneming of een internationaal advocatenkantoor
- Kennis van de Europese en Belgische wetgeving op het gebied van het handelsrecht, contractenrecht en bij voorkeur ook mededingingsrecht
- Ervaring in geschillenbeslechting
- Ervaring in het omgaan met complexe juridische vraagstukken op internationaal niveau
- Ervaring in Legal Operations of met Legal Tech is een pluspunt
- Sterke analytische vaardigheden
- Veerkrachtig en in staat om te presteren in stressvolle situaties
- “Owner” mentaliteit, drijft de resultaten en gaat uitdagingen aan
- Sterke vaardigheden op het gebied van project en change management
