Al meer dan 45 jaar is de Claes Retail Group een gevestigde waarde in het fashion retail landschap met de merken JBC, CKS en Mayerline. We willen zo dicht mogelijk bij onze klant staan. En met zo’n 120 JBC winkels, 16 CKS winkels en 44 Mayerline winkels verspreid over België en E-shops lijkt dat aardig te lukken. Alle medewerkers van dit op en top Belgisch familiebedrijf, met een hoofdkantoor in Houthalen en Vilvoorde, hebben minstens één ding gemeen: goesting. **Internal Communication** Officer**

**Jouw dag bestaat uit...**
- Je staat in voor het uitvoeren van het interne communicatiebeleid voor de Claes Retail Groep, zowel voor hoofdkantoor als voor de winkels.
- Je zorgt voor de kersjes op de taart en de vonkjes doorheen de werkdagen. Samen met de Communicatie Manager zorg je voor een jaarlijkse invulling om zoveel mogelijk glimlachjes te realiseren via de juiste kanalen.
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het onderhoud van een intern communicatie
- en collaboratieplatform.
- Als interne journalist ga je op zoek naar leuke verhalen in de organisatie.
- Events organiseren? Yes, please Say when
- Je bent de know it all van de organisatie. En als je het niet weet, ga je het uitzoeken.
- Eveneens behoort tot jouw takenpakket: redactioneel werken, up to date houden van alle communicatiekanalen (social media, schermen,...) en nieuwe kanalen exploreren.
- Je rapporteert aan de Communicatiemanager en werkt nauw samen met HR en Marketing.

- Je vrienden kennen je als een sterk communicatief persoon, spontaan en pro-actief. Daarnaast kan je planmatig werken met deadline.
- Zowel MS Office als Photoshop of Canva en Premiere Pro kennen weinig geheimen voor jou.
- Een vlotte pen helpt je een aardig stukje op weg.
- Je behaalde een bachelor diploma in Communicatie en staat te popelen om in een eerste uitdaging te vliegen.
- Tot slot communiceer je zowel mondeling als schriftelijk, vlot in het Nederlands en het Frans en beschik je over een goede kennis van het Engels.
