On ne s’arrête pas chez **ZEB & PointCarré** Nous sommes à la recherche d’un(e) **Shop Manager Mobile (H/F) pour la région Liège**.
En tant que Shop Manager Mobile vous êtes responsable de la succursale. Vous veillez que nos clients soient toujours central dans tous ce que vous et votre équipe font. Vous êtes hôte du magasin et faites tout ce qui est possible pour que le client se sent chez lui, reçoit les bons conseils et soit aidé rapidement. Votre focus est d’atteindre les objectifs et vous savez motiver votre équipe d’y travailler ensemble.
En tant que people manager vous connaissez les talents de votre équipe et vous les aider à développer ceux-ci. Vous formez ensemble une équipe attachée et impliquée où tout le monde se sent bien et sait ce qui est attendu. Vous veillez à l’assistance et l’évaluation de vos collaborateurs et étudiants. De plus vous veillez à une organisation facile du magasin en établissant des horaires en fonction des clients et des flux de marchandises.
Simplement en tant que shop manager mobile vous travaillez à l’avenir de ZEB & PointCarré.

Nous recherchons un Shopping Manager Mobile avec une expérience manaregiale pour renforcers les magasins ZEB & PointCarré en Wallonie.
**Comment en tant que Shopping Manager Mobile vous veiller à l’expérience ultime pour le client?**
Le Shopping manager forme ensemble avec le Assistant Shopping Manager un tandem dans l’organisation du magasin. La responsabilité ultime du magasin vous incombe entièrement. Vous connaissez les talents de votre équipe afin que tout le monde puisse exceller et la bonne personne est au bon endroit. Vous suivez les cibles et emmenez tout le monde avec. Dans les coulisses, vous vous occupez des tâches administratives, mais la plupart du temps vous êtes prêt pour les clients et votre équipe sur le lieu de travail en:
- Donner des conseils **sincères** au client et coacher les collègues
- Soutenir son** savoir-faire** sur base de notre offre et people management
- Faire preuve de **respect** envers l’équipe et les clients
- Commencer la journée plein **d’envie** et rayonner
- Unir les forces**ensemble**, avec l’équipe pour faire de chaque journée un succès
- Être **fier **de son équipe pour ce que vous réalisez ensemble et qui vous êtes
- Faire preuve **d’être entreprenant** pour continuer à se développer et à obtenir les meilleurs résultats possibles
**En tant que responsable final du magasin vous veillez au bon déroulement de toutes les tâches dans le magasin. Vous établissez des horaires et des plannings, fixez des priorités en fonction des objectifs commerciaux et vous faites ressortir le meilleur de votre équipe. Bien sûr, vous contribuez également aux activités quotidiennes de la vente.**
Enfin, **la flexibilité** est l’un de vos traits les plus importants. Vous travaillez dans un horaire variable de **38 heures par semaine**, où vous pouvez également être programmé les samedis, dimanches et jours fériés.
