**The opportunity**
The Partnership Manager Shop Plug-Ins is part of the Product Portfolio & Partner Management team within Worldline Merchant Services Acceptance. Our team plays a key role in the development of the service and payment strategy of the different ecommerce and instore platforms and channels of the Acceptance organisation. We cover the different channels and customer segments on European scale and beyond.
The Partnership Manager Shop Plug-Ins is responsible for managing all aspects of the strategic, product and positioning topics in the relationships with Shopping cart and plugin providers, such as Magento, Salesforce, Prestashop, SAP, Shopify,, as well as integrators with whom we develop business for our ecommerce merchants and/or in-source services from. All the partners are in the shopping cart and plugin space.
The Shop Plugin Partnership Manager builds, develops and manages a portfolio of Shopping Carts and Plugins with his partners and works together with the Go-to-Market teams to develop and grow the Acceptance business and profitability within Worldline’s Merchant Services GBL.

To create compelling product proposals, we are collaborating with different internal teams and our partners. We are only satisfied when products, services, procedures and actions are in place to enable the go-to-market launch and guarantee operational smoothness of the partnership.
**Your day-to-day responsibilities include**
- Ownership of the shopping cart roadmap and the roadmap communication and ensure it’s in line with customer/market needs
- Develop strategic relationships with your portfolio of shopping cart and plugin partners to ensure we deliver best in class products that are well positioned in the different marketplaces and plugin ecosystems.
- Monitor the performance of the plugins build on your partners’ systems for our different platforms and anticipate necessary actions to improve continuously
- Negotiate product/commercial/strategic terms and conditions with your partners to optimize our performance
- Team up with product management teams of our different channels to align, evaluate, optimize,our plugin offering and performance
- Organize and animate the community of Product Manager and Go-to-Market representatives of shopping carts to manage the product lifecycle
- Work closely with the Shopping Cart competence team, Client Operations and Legal to ensure end-to-end coverage of your products and services

Through collaboration with other departments in the business, you will build our reputation as a trusted partner and thought leader in the online payment space.
- You monitor the ecommerce landscape of shopping carts and plugin providers to build new partnerships that help Worldline answering merchant/market needs
- You ensure the targeted revenues and margins
- You guarantee the product and service quality is above client expectations
- You analyse the market, detect and develop new opportunities to grow our business
**Skills we can't do without**:
- You enjoy negotiating with partners on product features and requirements, roadmap evolution (product lifecycle) as well as our company’s positioning with your partner
- Experience of the ecommerce ecosystem required; preferably knowledge on shopping carts or plugin management
- Ability to structure complex topics and translate business needs towards partners and internal stakeholders
- Ability to combine short term results with long term partnership development
- Motivation and passion for ecommerce
- Fluency in English, written and spoken, and one other European language
- Strong customer focus
**Skills we'd like**:
It would be great if you have experience with shopping carts or plugin providers and be passionate about FinTech.
