**Uw taken**:
Als projectmanager bent u verantwoordelijk voor het vlotte verloop van een project (teambuilding, evenement) vanaf de inkomende aanvraag, het opmaken van de offerte tot en met de uitvoering van het project en de administratieve opvolging. U neemt deel, onder toezicht van de manager, aan een proactieve commerciële aanpak gericht op het overtreffen van de commerciële doelstellingen van de afdeling en het bedrijf.
- Verantwoordelijk voor het succesvol verkopen van toegewezen projecten:

- U biedt het beste programma voor de klant aan en zorgt voor de uitvoerbaarheid ervan (beschikbare data, interne leveranciers, externe leveranciers).
- U stelt offertes en budgetten op.
- U verzekert de verkoop aan de klant door deze op te volgen en het concurrentievoordeel van Tero te benadrukken.
- U onderhandelt eventueel met de klant met behoud van de belangen van het bedrijf.
- U bereidt de overdracht van het dossier naar de technisch directeur voor.
- Verantwoordelijk voor de opvolging van klanten voor en na het project.
- U volgt de klant op tot aan het evenement, bent beschikbaar om vragen te beantwoorden en past indien nodig de aanbieding en/of het programma aan.
- U bent aanwezig op teambuildings en evenementen voor belangrijke klanten om de zakelijke relatie met hen te ontwikkelen en onderhouden.
- U bent verantwoordelijk voor de administratieve opvolging van toegewezen dossiers (facturatie aan leveranciers en klanten, betalingsopvolging).
- Ontwikkelt uw klantenportefeuille en zakelijke relaties met uw klanten:

- U zorgt voor de opvolging van klanten na evenementen om te zorgen voor hun tevredenheid en de zakelijke relatie met hen te onderhouden.
- U neemt proactief contact op met belangrijke klanten om uw klantenportefeuille op te bouwen en zich zo goed mogelijk voor te bereiden op het volgende evenementenseizoen. Informeert hen over nieuwe zaken, beschikbare diensten en het assortiment van Tero, om de toekomstige samenwerking met de klant te bevorderen.
- U ontwikkelt partnerschappen met klanten en leveranciers.
- U bent een ambassadeur van Tero: bespreekt de aangeboden activiteiten en brengt nieuwe klanten binnen via externe contacten.
- U houdt een transparante communicatie met uw directe leidinggevende en de groepsdiensten en communiceert efficiënt intern en extern over de projecten (informeren, verenigen).
- Indien nodig, helpt u het team bij de uitvoering van projecten.
- U blijft op de hoogte van alle teambuilding activiteiten en diensten die Tero aanbiedt om de beste programma's en evenementen aan klanten voor te stellen.
