**Project Manager (Waterloo)**

- Onze onderneming is een gedreven en jong bedrijf dat is gespecialiseerd in de bouw van kleine en grote zorghuisvestingoplossingen én nieuwbouw van scholen. We zijn gelegen in het hart van het bruisende Antwerpen en hebben ook een bijkantoor in Waterloo._
- Waarin verschillen wij van andere aannemers? Wij zijn heel sterk gespecialiseerd in engineering. Alle projecten worden al in studiefase volledig in 3D gemodelleerd (BIM). Hierdoor krijg je in de doorvertaling naar de uitvoering heel gedetailleerde digitaal (3D-)model (dit met véél minder fouten tot gevolg, deadlines worden altijd gehaald, en verwachtingen van de klant overtroffen. (kortom: alleen tevreden partijen). We zijn trotse pionier in BIM in Vlaanderen en staat daar bijgevolg al zeer ver in. Daarnaast hebben we zeer ambitieuze doelstellingen voor de komende jaren, om maximaal gebruik te gaan maken van de digitale evolutie in de bouw._

**Functie omschrijving**

Als Project Manager sta je in voor de goede realisatie van de aan jou toevertrouwde projecten. Dit doe je aan de hand van een sterk uitgedacht proces. Je bent steeds verantwoordelijk voor 2 gelijklopende werven en stuurt dusdanig steeds 2 teams aan. De teams bestaan uit projectleiders, werkvoorbereiders maar alsook medewerkers van de aankoop
- en studieafdeling. Aan de hand van jouw sterk technisch inzicht kan je binnen de voorstudie al reeds optimalisaties maar ook mogelijke risico’s detecteren. Jouw Engineeringstraject wordt door de BIM afdeling volledig vertaald naar een 3D BIM model. Hierop kan je dan vervolgens jouw coördinatie baseren. In samenspraak met Aankoop Engineers, werkvoorbereiding en projectleiding neem jij de eindbeslissing omtrent project gerelateerde aankopen. Bij het opmaken en opvolgen van de planning heb je veel oog voor risicoanalyse, uitvoeringsbudget, kwaliteit en veiligheid. Je rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de directie waaraan je tijdens projectevaluaties voorstellen ter verbetering doet.

**Profiel**
- Bachelor of Master Burgerlijk/Industrieel Ingenieur Bouwkunde of Engineering
- 5 tot 10 jaar ervaring in een soortgelijke functie
