Role
Franchise Enterprise & Analytics is a Global team, is hiring a Manager responsible for leading global and regional Franchise data initiatives including (but not limited to):
- Ensure the accurate repository of customer and third party data.
- Collaborate with the regulatory team to provide accurate data and reports for regulatory bodies on our customers and third parties.

All About You
- Demonstrated understanding of financial institution and payment service provider operational structures and practices
- Strong understanding of payment service provider categories and functions
- Strong communications and presentation skills, including the ability to work with people across a matrix organization at all levels
- Ability to influence and engage others under one common goal
- Ability to think outside the box to solve for the unknown
- Excellent English, quantitative, technical, and communication (oral/written) skills
- Interest in data analytics, data reporting, problem solving
- Interest in developing technical skills
- Knowledge of payments industry and Mastercard Standards a plus
- Motivated self-starter, operates with a sense of urgency
- Must work well in both team and individual settings and must be able to work with a geographically dispersed team
- Proven team player with excellent interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and to quality is a must
- Data reporting, problem solving
- Strong organizational skills in managing priorities and deliverables
- Understanding and usage of any of the following technologies is a must: SQL, Access, Excel, Power Query, PowerPivot, VBA, Tableau
- Able to prioritize and perform multiple tasks simultaneously
- Accountable and motivated
