Als Digital Expert Customer Applications heb je een passie voor digitale toepassingen waarmee we het leven van onze klanten gemakkelijker maken. Je neemt de rol van Product Owner op en zet je samen met je scrumteam de verwachtingen van de klant om in concrete realisaties. Daarnaast voer je als Digital Expert ook voorstudies uit omtrent de verwachtingen van onze klanten over allerlei digitale topics.

Je maakt deel uit van een gedreven team met de ambitie om onze klanten en makelaars de beste ervaring te geven wanneer ze digitaal met Baloise in contact komen. Daarnaast rapporteer je aan de Agile Release Train Manager van de afdeling Experience - Digital Engagement.

Jouw rol in het team:

- Je bouwt het digitale aanbod voor Baloise klanten verder uit.
- Je leert uit customer insights, consumer trends, marktanalyses en bent gedreven om van daaruit onze toepassingen te optimaliseren of nieuwe oplossingen te creëren.
- Je voert voorstudies uit omtrent de verwachtingen van klanten over bepaalde topics en stemt deze af met interne stakeholders. Deze voorstudies kunnen resulteren in specifieke features op je product backlog.
- Je creëert mee de roadmap voor het Baloise customer experience platform.
- Je definieert en verfijnt user stories en je bepaalt de sprintdoelstellingen.
- Je stemt regelmatig af met verschillende stakeholders zowel aan de business zijde als aan IT zijde.
- Je creëert en coördineert het communicatie & change plan voor de lancering van je features.
- Je draagt de agile cultuur uit binnen Baloise, treedt op als ambassadeur en je deelt kennis en ervaringen.

- Je omschrijft jezelf als IT-minded en hebt bij voorkeur een achtergrond in software en/of digital product development.

- Je kunt makkelijk prioriteiten stellen en omgaan met strakke deadlines.
