Your team and your responsibilities:
**Team description**
As a member of the Talent Management team, you’ll play an important role in the further growth of TME and unleashing people’s and the organization’s potential. The Talent Management team leads the employee life cycle strategy and overall framework, P&I policy design and governance and acts as a central leader of cross company P&I initiatives
You will report into the Senior Manager, Talent Management and will be part of an enthusiastic and driven team.
**Your responsibilities**
You will be the process owner for
- Organisation design
- Job evaluation and grading
- Succession planning
- Onboarding
- Internal Job Rotation
- (Early) retirement, exit framework
This means you will be responsible for the policy design, process planning and employee experience of these processes. In addition to this, you are responsible to propose new and exciting ways we can improve and support your team on wider Talent Management activities.

Your Profile:
- You are fluent in English (TME’s business language)
- You are eager to align your customers’ expectations with business needs
- You can express yourself well verbally and in writing and can create buy-in through your interpersonal skills
- You have a digital mindset, are analytical and have an eye for detail
- You are an efficient independent worker
- You have a talent for conceptual and agile policy and process design
- Expertise in fields of Talent Management is a plus
