Ben jij een gedreven **IT Security Officer** met een passie voor toegangsbeheer en cybersecurity? Wil jij een cruciale rol spelen in het waarborgen van veilige en efficiënte toegang tot systemen en applicaties? Dan zijn wij op zoek naar jou

**Jouw rol**:
Als **IT Security Officer**ben je verantwoordelijk voor het beheren en oplossen van User Access Management (UAM) verzoeken op een veilige en efficiënte manier. Je bent een belangrijke schakel in het beheren van toegangsrechten, het bewaken van compliance en het mínimaliseren van beveiligingsrisico's. Daarnaast ben je het eerste aanspreekpunt voor UAM-gerelateerde kwesties en draag je actief bij aan de cybersecurity cultuur binnen de organisatie.

**Jouw verantwoordelijkheden?**:

- **Beheer van UAM-verzoeken**: Verwerken en oplossen van ongeveer **6000 UAM-tickets per jaar** via Freshservice.
- **Toegangscontrole en compliance**: Regelmatige audits uitvoeren op gevoelige applicaties en accounts en zorgen voor naleving van interne en externe regelgeving (GDPR, SOX, enz.).
- **Beheer van Atlassian-tools**: Configureren en beveiligen van **Jira en Confluence**, en toezicht houden op toegangsrechten.
- **Samenwerking met interne teams**: Nauwe samenwerking met **IT, HR en Security & Governance Teams** om een soepele en veilige toegangsverlening te waarborgen.
- **Bijdragen aan securityprojecten**: Deelname aan projecten gericht op het verbeteren van toegangsbeheer en cybersecurity.
- **Bewustwording vergroten**: Actieve bijdrage leveren aan de cybersecurity cultuur door gebruikers te informeren over best practices en security richtlijnen.
- **Documentatie en optimalisatie**: Gedetailleerd bijhouden van wijzigingen en processen en zoeken naar verbeteringen en automatiseringsmogelijkheden binnen UAM-processen.

**Jouw profiel**:

- **Minimaal 2 jaar ervaring** in User Access Management of een vergelijkbare IT-security rol.
- Kennis van **IAM-platformen, Active Directory en ticketingsystemen** zoals Freshservice.
- Inzicht in **security policies en compliance standaarden** (bijv. GDPR, SOX).
- Sterke analytische en probleemoplossende vaardigheden.
- Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden in **Engels en 1 van de nationale talen**.
- Teamspeler die nauwkeurig werkt en oog heeft voor detail.
- Bereidheid om continu te leren en zich aan te passen aan nieuwe technologieën en beveiligingstrends.

- **Snelheid en nauwkeurigheid** bij het verwerken van UAM-verzoeken.
- **Audit compliance scores** zonder grote bevindingen.
- **Gebruikerstevredenheid** over het UAM-proces.
- **Aantal verbeteringen en automatiseringen** binnen UAM-processen.
- **Betrokkenheid bij security awareness trainingen.**
