Als Product Analyst kom je terecht in een dynamisch en getalenteerd team dat instaat voor de dagdagelijkse ontwikkeling van het softwarepakket Mediadent, een imaging software, toonaangevend voor de dentale wereldmarkt. Innovatieve softwareoplossingen naar de markt brengen is dan ook je missie.
Jouw rol binnen Corilus is zeer gevarieerd en uitdagend. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het valideren, analyseren, testen en documenteren van nieuwe ontwikkelingen die we in onze Dentale software willen doorvoeren. Hiervoor bouw je bruggen tussen de klant en de ontwikkelafdeling maar sta je ook in nauw contact met de andere departementen binnen de BU. Je rapporteert aan een enthousiaste Product Manager.
Jouw challenge:
- Je staat in voor het onderzoeken van noden van klanten dmv klantenbezoeken /-contacten, communicatie met interne medewerkers of via het opstellen van online bevragingen naar een bredere groep klanten.
- Je vertaalt deze, volgens de regels van de kunst van een goede UX-development strategie, in kwalitatieve functionele analyses zodat ons team van developers hiermee aan de slag kan.
- In je zoektocht naar de meest geschikte uitwerking hou je steeds maximaal rekening met de haalbaarheid, budget, timing, bestaande architectuur en de geldende kwaliteitscriteria.
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het opstellen van de “functionele” testscenario’s zodat er kwalitatieve releases in de markt gezet worden.
- Afgewerkte features documenteer je voor zowel onze klanten als onze support-afdeling.
- Meewerken aan het onderhouden van de documentatie en opleiden van de interne collega’s over de nieuwigheden in de software.
- Opmaken van korte video’s die bepaalde functionaliteiten in de verf zetten.
- Het optreden als aanspreekpunt voor onze support-dienst voor het geven van 3rd line support.
- Werken volgens een Quality Management Systeem om een CE gereguleerd product op de markt te plaatsen.

- Je hebt een analytische geest die vlot verschillende info kan verwerken en met elkaar integreren
- Je bent leergierig en zelfstandig
- Je denkt klant
- en oplossingsgericht
- Communicatief sterk met zowel oog voor de kracht van het doorvragen als het detail
- Kennis van wireframes en mockups
- Kent de basisregels van quality en usability maar heeft ook aandacht voor performantie
- Bij voorkeur reeds eerste ervaring, kennis van de Agile
- en SCRUM ontwikkelmethodologie
- Je durft “out of de box” denken om zo bepaalde uitwerkingen naar een nog hoger niveau te brengen
- Je beschikt over een vlotte pen in het Nederlands en kan vlot schriftelijk en mondeling communiceren in het Engels. Kennis van het Frans is zeker een plus.
