Main responsibilities:
- You will be responsible for meeting stakeholders to gather requirements & ensure best practices/ processes are established.
- Participate in realization of system changes, doing minor changes yourself and managing external partners for bigger changes
- Managing software upgrades
Skills/Experiences:
- Several years experience as Functional Analyst or Product Owner.
- Experience in the retail sector is an asset.
- Good understanding of Dynamics CRM
- Experience in Configuring and Customising Dynamics CRM or D365 CE
- Great Communication Skills and Stakeholder Management
- Good command of English, both verbal and written, is essential. Dutch is preferred.
