**Dit is jouw topjob**:
AG is de belangrijkste institutionele investeerder in België. Het Risk & Compliance departement van het Chief Investment Office (CIO) ondersteunt en bewaakt het investeringsproces voor de financiële activa. Om dit team te versterken, zoeken we nu een Financial Risk Officer
- Je coördineert wijzigingen aan de Investment Policy en zorgt ervoor dat deze richtlijnen relevant blijven
- Je bent het aanspreekpunt binnen CIO voor de Risk Modellen voor financiële activa en vertegenwoordigt het departement op de Model Control Board van AG
- Je ondersteunt de Interne Rating processen, verzekert de regelmatige review van Interne Ratings, en stuurt bij waar nodig
- Je analyseert de gebruikte waarderingsmethoden voor financiële activa en ontwikkelt een visie om deze processen steeds coherent te houden
- Je draagt bij aan een onafhankelijke Risk Opinion bij belangrijke of complexe investeringsdossiers
- Samen met je collega’s verzorg je een heldere en volledige rapportering van marktrisico’s en kredietrisico’s in lijn met Solvency-2
- Jouw sterke argumenten en overtuigende communicatie als Risk Officer zorgen mee voor een draagvlak van de investeringsbeslissingen binnen CIO en AG

**Dit ben jij helemaal**:

- Je bent zeer integer ingesteld en weet steeds pragmatisch te blijven met een focus op wat telt
- Je kan uitstekend top-down concepten integreren in praktische en concrete bottom-up analyses
- Je houdt van samenwerken en communiceert even helder en overtuigend met collega’s als met leden van het directiecomité
- Je staat altijd open om je kennis verder bij te schaven, dankzij je collega’s bij AG of Ageas, of via opleidingen. Die kennis deel je weer met je collega’s.
- Je beheerst Engels, en Frans of Nederlands, en begrijpt ze alle drie
- Je hebt een master diploma economie, wetenschappen of wiskunde, of een MBA
- Om een vlotte start te nemen heb je al enige relevante ervaring in portefeuillebeheer, financieel risicobeheer, of je beschikt over een recent CFA. Kennis van Solvency-2 is uiteraard een pluspunt.
