**Wat zal je rol inhouden?**
- Verantwoordelijkheid voor de prestaties van de ploeg, inclusief productie en technische dienst, schoonmaak, onderhoud en opstart
- en afsluitactiviteiten
- Coachen en ontwikkelen van een team van een 14-tal operatoren
- Instaan voor de naleving van het budget
- Preventieve & correctieve actieplannen voor continue verbetering ontwikkelen
- Incidentbeheer en het beheer van veiligheids
- en gezondheidsrisico’s
- Arbeidsplanning opstellen en ervoor zorgen dat er op korte termijn kan ingespeeld worden op de schommelingen in de vraag
- Een topteam rond je opbouwen van gedreven, bekwame mensen
- Zelf een grote dosis energie toevoegen om elke dag uitmuntende resultaten te halen en kwaliteit te leveren

**Onmisbaar voor ons op jouw CV**:

- Uitstekende talenkennis Nederlands
- Een eerste ervaring binnen een productieomgeving
- Kiest er bewust voor om in 2 ploegen (6-14u & 14u-22u) te werken

- Heeft een Bachelor/Master niveau of is gelijkwaardig door ervaring in het aansturen van technisch opgeleide mensen.
- Kan rekenen op een eerste ervaring in een productieomgeving
- Alle neuzen van jouw team in eenzelfde richting krijgen? Yes you can
- Onder druk blijf je ijzig kalm en slaag je erin alsnog de juiste beslissingen te nemen en zaken op te lossen
- Is analytisch ingesteld en zeer sterk in het bepalen van prioriteiten en organiseren
- Vindt afleveren van kwaliteit, veilig en op tijd, een vanzelfsprekendheid
