De NKGB is het beroepsorgaan van alle Belgische gerechtsdeurwaarders, kandidaat-gerechtsdeurwaarders en stagiair-gerechtsdeurwaarders. SAM-TES vormt het aanspreekpunt voor de politieke wereld en het breder maatschappelijk middenveld, verdedigt de belangen van haar leden en staat in voor de coördinatie van de benoemingscommissies. Beide organisaties zijn gevestigd in Sint-Gillis.

Als **Directeur Policy lead** speel je een cruciale rol in het ontwikkelen, implementeren en handhaven van beleidslijnen en het actief wegen op de besluitvorming.
- Als adviseur van het directiecomité, ben je de sleutelfiguur in het wetgevend traject. Je tekent nieuwe en/of alternatieve projecten uit om het bestaand wetgevend kader te optimaliseren;
- Je coördineert de opvolging van politieke discussies rond wetsvoorstellen of -ontwerpen, relevant voor het beroep van gerechtsdeurwaarder, en initieert gerichte analyses en juridische studies;
- Je stelt proactief en reactief adviezen op voor politieke beslissingsnemers (vooral op federaal en regionaal niveau);
- In overleg met een Franstalige collega, onderhoud je sterke relaties met de (Nederlandstalige) politieke wereld en diverse sectoren, zoals sociale organisaties, consumentenorganisaties, ondernemingen of vertegenwoordigers van andere beroepsgroepen;
- Je leidt en coacht het policy team. Je motiveert en ondersteunt medewerkers om de hen toegewezen dossiers en projecten tijdig en kwaliteitsvol af te werken. Je maakt resultaten bespreekbaar, geeft opbouwende feedback over geleverde (team)prestaties en detecteert opleidingsnoden;
- Je fungeert als aanspreekpunt voor medewerkers en zorgt voor informatiedoorstroming naar het team. Je stimuleert het meedenken van de medewerkers om onze werking te verbeteren;
- Je identificeert verbetermogelijkheden in de processen, stelt oplossingen voor en zorgt voor de aanpassing of opmaak van efficiënte overlegstructuren in kader van de wetgevende projecten;
- Je coördineert en faciliteert de communicatie en samenwerking tussen de verschillende diensten binnen de organisatie;
**Wat verwachten we van jou?**
- Je bezit een Master-diploma in de Rechten;
- Via een succesvolle ervaring, bij voorkeur als medewerker in een gerechtsdeurwaarderskantoor of kandidaat/stagiair-gerechtsdeurwaarder, als parlementair medewerker of kabinetsmedewerker of als advocaat, heb je het nodige inzicht verworven om je snel te kunnen inwerken in de materie van gerechtsdeurwaarders;
- Je hebt tevens minimum 5 jaar ervaring in een leidinggevende of coördinerende rol;
- Vanuit jouw overkoepelende inzicht, leg je gemakkelijk verbanden tussen de noden uit de beroepsgroep en de actuele politieke thema’s en vertaal je deze naar een structurele en efficiënte aanpak;
- Als sterke peoplemanager, zorg je ervoor dat jouw team over de nodige kennis, middelen en motivatie beschikt om de vooropgestelde resultaten te behalen;
- Als vlotte communicator met de nodige luistervaardigheid, weet je vertrouwensrelaties op te bouwen en impact te creëren bij diverse belanghebbenden;
- Je hebt een uitgebreide kennis van het Microsoft Office pakket en hebt interesse in nieuwe technologieën;
- Je kan vlot en foutloos communiceren in het Nederlands, zowel spreken als schrijven, en hebt een zeer goede kennis van het Frans.
