Ben jij een enthousiaste student(e) met een passie voor human resources? Europ Assistance is op zoek naar een Stagiair(e) HR om ons team te versterken._

**Wat jij zal doen**
- Bijdragen aan de administratieve taken, zoals het opmaken van contracten en het verwerken van vertrouwelijke documenten.
- Assisteren bij de optimalisatie van onze opleidingscatalogus.
- Deelnemen aan diverse rekruteringsactiviteiten.
- Verkennen van interacties en synergieën tussen verschillende HR-processen en deelnemen aan relevante vergaderingen.
- Kennismaken met de interne werking van ons bedrijf en verschillende facetten van het HR-vakgebied.

**Wie jij bent**
- Je bent een enthousiaste student(e) met een interesse in human resources.
- Je bent communicatief vaardig, zowel schriftelijk als mondeling.
- Je bent creatief, een teamspeler en hebt een leergierige instelling.
- Je beheerst zowel het Nederlands als het Frans.

**Gedaan met elke dag pendelen naar kantoor**:
Bij Europ Assistance hanteren we een 50% regel: je werkt 2 dagen per week op kantoor en de rest thuis. Elke 2 weken krijg je 1 dag, die je flexibel kan inzetten.
Per 10 werkdagen, werk jij dus 5 dagen op kantoor en 5 dagen van thuis uit. Ideaal wanneer je na het werk nog belangrijke afspraken moet inplannen

Bovendien werken we met glijdende uren*. Ben jij een vroege vogel en stop je graag wat vroeger op de namiddag? Dat kan
Liever wat later starten en langer doorwerken? Geen probleem
- Sommige teams werken met een vast schema.

Bovendien verbinden we ons er bij Europ Assistance toe om een loon dat tot 5% boven het sectorbarema ligt, uit te betalen aan onze medewerkers.
