Als** Product Operations Employee Tours **ben je onderdeel van de afdeling Product Management Tours. Samen met de Product Managers ben je verantwoordelijk voor het Tours product van TUI.
**OVER DE FUNCTIE**
- Je houdt je bezig met de administratieve verwerking en calculatie van alle rondreizen zodat ze beschikbaar en boekbaar zijn in onze systemen en op de websites;
- Je controleert en onderhoudt de productcontent voor de verschillende mediakanalen, zoals brochures en websites;
- Je monitort en analyseert de kwaliteitsscores en doet op basis daarvan aanbevelingen om de gewenste NPS score behalen/behouden;
- Je volgt de verkoop van de rondreizen en behandelt eventuele wijzigingen die zich voordoen;
- Je zorgt ervoor dat alle vereiste informatie voor een goed verloop van een rondreis tijdig aangeleverd wordt;
- Je hebt contact met verschillende stakeholders over systemen, processen, boekbare rondreizen en wijzigingen tijdens het seizoen.
**OVER JOU**
- Het is een junior functie waarin we zoeken naar een kandidaat met 0-2 jaar ervaring;
- Gelet op jouw functie wordt er verwacht dat je nauwkeurig bent en oog hebt voor de details;
- Je bent een geboren organisatie talent en werkt graag ook met systemen;
- Nederlands is de voertaal, dus je moet je hier goed in kunnen uitdrukken. En als je nog vlot in het Engels kan schakelen, is dat een plus voor ons.
