We are looking for a Head of Commercial and Transformation Markets Tours. In this position, you will drive forward the change and transformation across markets by implementing a digital platform for Tours. Whilst putting forward an overarching commercial strategy.

**ABOUT THE JOB**
- You will develop a commercial strategy per market based on model, competitive environment and market characteristics in line with the customer needs;
- You steer, coach and develop the commercial & transformation leads;
- You drive forward the change and transformation across markets by implementing a digital platform for Tours;
- You will provide commercial steering towards risks, trading & pricing in view of sales dynamics and market trends;
- You will develop and deliver the quality management strategy for Tours;
- You are the main point of contact for the local Tours commercial teams.
**ABOUT YOU**
- We are looking for an enthusiastic colleague who has 7 to 10 years of experience in commercial roles within tourism;
- You have a strong business development mindset, with ability to balance customer needs with commercial viability in order to make sound decisions;
- You are an excellent communicator on all levels and strong influencing skills and stakeholder management, fluent English is a must have;
- You have experience in working in intercultural and diverse cross-market teams;
- You are highly organised with a flexible approach to working within a fast changing, fast moving international environment;
- You can cope well under pressure and display a positive “can do” attitude as part of multi-national matrix teams;
- You have the ability to drive forward improvements in processes and the way that we work;
- Occasional overseas travel is required for the role to fully understand the product line up and also attend appropriate meetings;
- You have a customer focused mindset, which means understanding of customer needs, both internal and external.
