**Buy Way, actief op de BeLux-markt, is een Fintech die voornamelijk digitale financieringsoplossingen aanbiedt. Meer dan 200 partners (Ikea, Vanden Borre, MediaMarkt...) en 550 verkooppunten in diverse sectoren vertrouwen op ons. Onze financieringsoplossingen bieden zowel particuliere klanten als winkelketens oplossingen die aan elke situatie zijn aangepast. Vandaag telt Buy Way ongeveer 600.000 klanten voor wie we alledaagse projecten toegankelijk maken. **Functie**
- Beheer van afwezigheden (invoeren van attesten en bewijzen van afwezigheid in ons beheersysteem).
- Opvolging van afwezigheden met de medewerker en de leidinggevende.
- Bijwerken van identificatiegegevens van werknemers
- Beheer, organisatie en opvolging van medische controles
- Opstellen van diverse certificaten aangevraagd door onze medewerkers
- Aanvoeren van Excel-bestanden en gegevensconsolidatie
- Publicatie van vacatures
**Profiel**
- Je volgt een opleiding Human Resources, Secretariaat of Kantoor
- Je hebt een uitstekende kennis van het Nederlands en/of Frans
- Je beheerst het Office pakket (Word, Power Point, Excel)
- Je bent georganiseerd, gestructureerd en hebt oog voor detail
- Je bent min. 2 dagen per week beschikbaar
**Aanbod**
