**Your Focus**
Proximus is recruiting a marketer to promote the deployment of fiber locally in Belgium (Flanders).
**The team**
You will be part of the "Fiber Local Marketing" team of the Proximus Marketing department. You will collaborate with other local marketers and fiber event specialists. You will be in regular contact with our sales teams in the different regions, other marketers, the communications team, CRM, etc.
**Your mission**
- You will define in an end-to-end way the marketing plan to promote fiber in a dozen cities where it is being deployed (Ghent, Aalst, several cities on the Belgian coast,...).
- You will develop different concepts to increase the interest of fiber: activation actions during public events (festival, tournaments and other sponsoring actions), partnerships with local actors, amplification of existing mass market campaigns in a local way (in relation with several tribes such as Residential, SME, Fiber Migration and sales teams).
- In sync with a fiber event specialist, you will be responsible for the organization and coordination of local events to promote fiber (info sessions, webinars...).
- You will measure the impact of the different actions and continuously optimize the main KPIs along the customer journey (awareness, customer interest, sales lead,...).
Profile
- You have at least 5 years of experience in a similar marketing function and have achieved a bachelor/master degree in Marketing.
- You are organized, autonomous and proactive.
- You are structured and know how to take a project in hand for its execution.
- You have good presentation skills and can convince an audience.
- You like to measure the results of your actions over and over again and use the figures to define new action plans.
- You are a quick learner and are always looking for ways to develop yourself further.
- You are willing to travel within Belgium to coordinate local actions.
- You master English and preferably one of the two national languages (FR/NL).
