**Profil**:
**How you will make a difference**
You will help us to ‘finance change to change finance’, by letting the world know about Triodos
Next to being responsible for planning coordinating and executing marketing strategy for a specific segment at local level, you will:
- Act as the 'ears and the eyes' in the local market and provides the results to the strategic marketeer, enabling group marketing strategy and execution.
- Plan, execute, and interpret local customer, market, and competitor research to support both Group strategic marketing strategy and local marketing strategy.
- Adapt Group strategy at the local level, considering regulations, local media, etc.
- Coordinate specific local marketing campaigns and activities, collaborating closely with segment, content, communication, and digital growth specialists.
- Establish and lead the annual marketing plan for the local segment in full alignment with the Group customer segment strategy and campaigns and the local requirement for the market.
- Select and manage both creative and media local agencies in order agencies to elaborate asset and establish media plans for the campaigns.
- Monitor and analyse campaign performance to make recommendations for improvement.
- Lead the optimization of ongoing campaigns, including media optimization, using growth hacking methodologies (including A/B testing on different audiences, channels, messages, and images).
- Develop creative concepts and be responsible for event management, including offline events and webinars.

To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Previous experience in marketing roles, preferably in multinational environments. Experience in marketing areas from financial institutions and banks is a plus.
- Previous experience in both creative and media agencies.
- Master’s or Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or other related fields.
- Very good knowledge of French, Dutch and English.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a collaborative, cross-functional environment.
**Your future colleagues**
You will be reporting directly to the Team Lead Strategic & Segment and cooperate closely with both local and global marketing teams, as well as other relevant departments within the organization.
