L'équipe Risk & Compliance a pour objectif d'assurer la gestion des risques, le contrôle interne et la conformité au sein de l'entreprise, en suivant les normes imposées par le groupe et qui vise plus particulièrement à assurer:

- la conformité aux lois et règlements
- le bon fonctionnement des processus internes de la société, notamment ceux concourant à la sauvegarde de ses actifs
- la fiabilité des informations financières

**Vos responsabilités**:
1. Gestion des risques et contrôle interne:

- Identifier les risques et définir les contrôles à effectuer en utilisant les processus et les contrôles clés pour couvrir ces risques
- Effectuer régulièrement des tests internes (selon la méthodologie COSO) pour s'assurer que les risques identifiés sont maîtrisés. Il s'agit notamment de:

- compléter le modèle de groupe décrivant le contrôle et les risques qu'il couvre
- maîtriser les techniques d'audit : définition de l'échantillonnage et de la méthode de test, communication des résultats, définition des plans d'action,...
- formuler des recommandations pour des plans d'action lorsque les risques ne sont pas maîtrisés
- discuter et communiquer ces recommandations avec le propriétaire du contrôle
- fournir un soutien pour la mise en œuvre de ces recommandations si nécessaire.
- Identifier et formaliser les risques majeurs (matrice). Définition des contrôles en place et des mesures à prendre pour couvrir les risques résiduels, communication de ces risques au COMEX et définition d'un propriétaire de plan d'action
- Au sein de chaque processus, être responsable de la séparation correcte des tâches
- Représenter le département dans les projets en cours au sein de l’entreprise
- Gérer et mettre à jour l'outil de reporting (MEGA)
- Identifier les écarts par rapport aux politiques internes de l’entrerprise en collaboration avec les différents départements impliqués dans ces processus et proposer un plan d'action pour ces écarts (ex : Card Policy, Card Flow Policy, Subcontracting Policy, Golden Rules IT, etc.)
- Prendre la position d'un partenaire commercial de tous les départements afin de les aider dans tout changement d'organisation et de fonctionnement, dans toute mise en œuvre de nouveaux outils et processus.

2. Compliance:

- Évaluer les risques majeurs en termes de Conformité en suivant la méthodologie, définition des contrôles en place et des mesures à prendre pour couvrir les risques résiduels, communication de ces risques avec le COMEX
- Veiller au respect des lois, des règlements et des lignes directrices applicables:

- Mettre en œuvre nos obligations en matière de lutte contre la corruption, y compris les 8 piliers de la loi française Sapin 2, dans le cadre d'un programme de conformité structuré. Cela inclut le Code de Conduite, le Guide de l'Intégrité des Affaires, la Politique Cadeaux, etc
- Vérifier la conformité avec la législation sur les produits en collaboration avec le service juridique
- Mettre en place et suivre le comité d'éthique et de conformité.

3. Contrôle des sous-traitants:

- Effectuer des revues de processus chez nos principaux sous-traitants et réaliser les tests de contrôle inclus dans le scoping local chez nos principaux sous-traitants et identifier les déviations.

4. Audits externes:

- Coordonner et préparer les audits internes du groupe et assurer le suivi des plans d'action une fois la mission achevée
- Préparer et planifier les contrôles externes des auditeurs de l'entreprise, signaler les écarts identifiés et suivre la mise en œuvre des plans d'action correspondants
- Aider à la mise en œuvre des audits qualité (ISO9001:2015, ISAE3402)

**Votre profil**:

- Master en économie, ingénierie d'affaires, sciences de gestion,...
- Expérience en audit interne ou externe d'environ 2 à 4 ans
- Rigueur, pragmatisme et passion pour les processus (IT, HR, Sales, Finance,...) dont vous estimez les risques et visez l'amélioration continue
- Orienté vers les résultats tout en créant une relation de partenariat avec les départements
- Sens de l'analyse et de la synthèse
- Sens de la communication, grand sens du contact
- Grand sens de l'éthique
- Autonomie et persévérance
- Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Visio
- Prêt à se déplacer 2 à 3 jours par mois à Luxembourg
- Langues : excellente connaissance de l'anglais (oral ET écrit) ; bonne connaissance d'une des deux langues nationales (français ou néerlandais) et bonne compréhension de l'autre
