U werkt binnen de Compliance afdeling van Belfius Bank mee in een team van business advisors die waken over het reputatierisico en de toepassing van de ethische normen en gedragsregels.

Uw voornaamste verantwoordelijkheden als Compliance Business Advisor:

- U begeleidt commerciële afdelingen en hun hiërarchie bij het proactief identificeren, begrijpen, en beheersen van compliancerisico’s verbonden aan de activiteiten van Belfius als bankverzekeraar.
- Verschaffen van inzicht in zowel opportuniteiten als beperkingen van gedragsregels en opstellen van beleidslijnen om de toepassing ervan te optimaliseren.
- In samenwerking met andere directies, adviseren van passende oplossingen voor compliancerisico’s en beoordelen van nieuwe projecten, producten en diensten.
- Opvolgen van de nationale en Europese regelgeving in compliancedomeinen, sensibiliseren en organiseren van interne opleidingen en verstrekken van richtlijnen om processen en interne instructies adequaat te houden.
- Plannen en uitvoeren van gerichte controles, voorstellen en opvolgen van aanbevelingen in dialoog met de commerciële afdelingen

**Wat verwachten we van jou?**:

- Masterdiploma rechten.
- Vertrouwd met de Europese en Belgische financiële wetgeving (MiFID, MAR, IDD,..).
- U bent analytisch en kritisch ingesteld en verdedigt een eigen mening.
- U heeft als jurist ervaring in de financiële sector in een juridische of -controlefunctie.
- U heeft ervaring of een bijzondere interesse in verzekeringen.
- U bent communicatief, energiek en werkt oplossingsgericht.
- U spreekt en schrijft vlot in het Nederlands, Frans en Engels.
