Sales Development Representative

Accurat wants to change the way decision making is done by providing real-world behaviour insights. We heavily rely on big data & machine learning. As we to cover our growth in the Benelux and towards Europe, we are expanding our team. We are a fast growing company, working for brands including Delhaize, Lidl, Brico, Hubo, Telenet, Aveve, X2O, Clear Channel amongst others.
As we intend to bring a new product to the market, we are looking for a **Sales Development Representative**. This accessible product can be adopted by every retailer - large or small, in order to immediately benefit from the advantages of location intelligence. You will be the driving sales force behind this new product, accelerating our overall sales and with it the entirety of the company. Long-lasting partnerships with our clients is what we're after. No pressure though ;-). Expect to be thrown into a dynamic environment filled with young and ambitious people. **What’s on your plate**:
- You are responsible for selling and marketing our new product. Your efforts are aimed at developing new business opportunities by converting potential customers whether that is using inbound or outbound channels.
- You’ll conduct baseline research to identify and reach out to important accounts that have a perfect fit with our ideal customer profile.
- You’ll host regular webinars showcasing our product to potential customers.
- You have CRM hygiene and part of your day is spent in HubSpot.
- You explore new and creative ways to generate leads. We’ll support you in conducting experiments and growth hacks you feel are worth trying.
- You'll attend events related to our field where your star will shine talking passionately about Accurat and our solutions.
**Who we’re looking for?**
- BSc or MSc degree in Marketing, Business Administration or relevant field.
- You're passionate about technology.
- A thoughtful multi-tasker: you know how to prioritize your projects by urgency and deadline.
- Your ability to pass judgment and make quick decisions is on point.
- You are familiar with different social media and not afraid to experiment.
- Multilingualism doesn't hurt. You're fluent in Dutch and English, French or German is a plus.
- You are an autonomous worker, happy to receive a briefing and get on with impressing colleagues with your skills.
- Hard work doesn’t deter you, you’re a go-getter.
- Experience (between 1 and 3 years) in a sales related field, preferably in a start-up related environment.
- You know how to deal with losing a game on our Playstation.

This role is a perfect fit for an ambitious starter with some previous working experience (+1 year). Your efforts will fill the sales funnel and leverage our growth.
