Activity Stream is a fast-growing international technology company with offices in Belgium,
Denmark, Belgium, Scotland, and the USA. The office in Ghent, Belgium, is actively seeking a
Business Development Representative to join their team.
**What we do and who we do it for**
We provide amazing software solutions to various clients in the entertainment industry, including theaters, music venues, art centers, and arenas.
We need to help them understand the value the tools can bring: excel in event planning, streamline work processes, optimize resources, enhance communication with the team, and keep on top of their budgets.
**Job Description Summary**
**What will you be doing?**
- **Lead Generation**: cold calling and mailings to book product demos with the sales managers.
- **Prospect Engagement**: Engage potential prospects, ask the right questions to understand the prospect’s needs, and qualify potential matches with our products and services.
- **CRM Contribution**: Enhance our CRM system by updating and sourcing information to nurture our sales pipeline.
- **Market and Competitor Insights**: Continuously collect data on market trends and competitor activities to inform our strategic decisions.
**Skills and requirements needed to succeed**
**-Experience**:
Minimum of 2 years in business development/lead generation, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment.
**-Attributes**:
Self-motivated, proactive, and driven to succeed within a high-performing sales team.
Solution-driven mindset.
Direct communication skills with a collaborative spirit and values feedback.
**-Language Skills**:
Dutch and English are at an absolute minimum (professional level), and German is an asset.
**-Organizational Skills**:
Excellent time management and organizational skills, capable of handling multiple tasks and meeting deadlines.
**-Technical Skills**:
Experience with CRM systems.
Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
