As a Business Development Representative, you will be the funnel-filler at Polysense. By working closely with our Account Executives, you will help drive revenue growth and increase our impact on production processes. This is how you’ll do it:

- ** Lead Generation & Qualification**: Identify and research companies that fit our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP). Qualify prospects through online research, ensuring they are a strong match for Polysense’s solutions.
- ** Cold Calling & Lead Nurturing**: Conduct cold calls to engage prospects, qualify their interest, and assess how our product can meet their needs before passing them to Account Executives for further action.
- ** CRM Management**: Accurately track and update all lead interactions and progress within our CRM system, ensuring data integrity and timely follow-ups.
- ** Product Representation**: Represent Polysense’s offerings by gaining a solid understanding of our product and its value to prospective customers, effectively communicating its benefits.
- Bachelor in Sales or another relevant domain.
- You have experience in Sales or as an BDR.
- You’re driven by sales and you’re not afraid of a little challenge.
- You’re highly organized and excel in logging your work.
- You’re fluent, both verbally and in written communication, in Dutch, French and English.
- You want to use your skills to have an impact.
- You’re a critical, open and honest mind. After all, we are building this company together.
- You’re flexible, motivated and ambitious.
