With our AI platform, we help producers to launch better products, faster. We support them to develop healthier, more sustainable products by increasing efficiency in the product development process and improving their success rate of product launches. Utilizing a digital twin environment, we test millions of product variations for consumers around the world in a matter of hours.
**Junior Business Development Representative**
To accelerate the development and growth of Foodpairing, we are looking for a Junior Business Development Representative who can help us to identify and set-up 2 kinds of strategic B2B partnerships.**Data partners**:these partners provide Foodpairing with a feed of their e-commerce, retail, consumer, financial, business, or technology data. We explore new growth opportunities by creating joint product and service offerings.-
**Integration / BI Partners**:partners interested in Integrating advanced analytics and insights from our platform into theirs. We can help these partners to optimize their offerings with internal and external datasets that help meet the specific business needs of their clients.Do you want to heavily influence Foodpairing’s growth by setting-up high-level, international B2B partnerships? **Responsibilities**:
- You understand our product roadmap and customer value proposition and bring in partnerships that align with our strategy-
- You identify and contact prospective partners through a range of BD activities-
- You manage partner relationships across their entire lifecycle from onboarding to ongoing success-
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of each partner's business goals, objectives and strategies-
- You sell the range of partnership solutions to all prospects-
- You develop and negotiate long-term agreements convert commercial discussions into signed contracts-
- Liaise with internal departments to ensure delivery of quality services to partners-
- Keep abreast of industry trends and developments to ensure competitive advantage- Plan and coordinate joint marketing and promotional activities between partners
Who are you?- Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in business administration, marketing, or related field or equivalent by experience-
- Prior experience in a sales or business development role, especially in B2B partnerships, is desirable, but not mandatory.-
- Product development experience in a CPG environment is considered a plus-
- You have outstanding communication skills and are able to present a compelling narrative to a wide variety of audiences. Fluency in English is mandatory,-
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are necessary to identify potential partners and create joint offerings-
- You possess strong negotiation skills, relationship building abilities, and a commercial mindset-
- You are willing to travel occasionally (every 1-2 months)- Affinity with IT solutions and enterprise software / saas is considered a strong plus
