Voor ons field service team zijn we nu op zoek naar een nieuwe collega

**Lead System Specialist Building Management Systems/HVAC.**

**Wat je zult doen**

In jouw functie maak je deel uit van onze **Building Management Systems **afdeling. Hier werken we met ons eigen product **Metasys - **systeem voor gebouwautomatisering en een fundament voor een efficiënt energiebeheer van veel moderne gebouwen. Dit intelligente, toonaangevende technologische systeem verbindt de HVAC-, verlichtings-, beveiligings
- en beschermingssystemen in een gebouw via één platform om tegelijkertijd het comfort, de veiligheid en de productiviteit van de mensen in het gebouw te verhogen.

Als Service Technieker ben je een expert in meet-en regeltechniek, automatisering en/of informatica. Na een periode van training op de werkvloer en een specifieke theoretische opleiding, maak je deel uit van ons team "Field Service". Als technieker ben je verantwoordelijk voor de inbedrijfstelling alsook het preventief en curatief onderhoud van BMS installaties op de sites van onze klanten in **de regio Limburg **.

**Hoe je het zult doen**
- Je werkt voor onze klanten en je bent verantwoordelijk voor het zelfstandig verrichten van onderhouds
- en servicewerkzaamheden aan meet
- en regelinstallaties.
- Je draagt zorg voor adequate rapportage over jouw werkzaamheden en daarnaast voorzie je de klant en ook collega’s van advies over diverse technische aspecten en aanbevelingen
- Signaleren en opnemen van potentiële werkzaamheden is tevens een onderdeel van deze zeer uitdagende en zelfstandige functie.
- Je detecteert eventuele foutmeldingen en zoekt naar een oplossing.
- Je werkt nauw samen met onze opdrachtgevers en site managers.
- Je bent het visitekaartje van Johnson Controls.

De BMS Technieker rapporteert aan Site Team Leader. Het hoofdkantoor van Johnson Controls is gevestigd in Groot-Bijgaarden, maar je zal voornamelijk werken op sites van onze klanten.

**Waar we naar op zoek zijn**
- Je genoot een Technische opleiding (bachelor elektromechanica A1) met een specialisatie in de regeltechniek, automatisering en/of informatica of je hebt een gelijkwaardig niveau door een relevante ervaring.
- Je hebt enkele jaren relevante ervaring als technieker in regeltechniek en/of automatisering.
- Je kan je vlot mondeling en schriftelijk uitdrukken in het Nederlands.
- Je bent georganiseerd en gestructureerd en hebt oog voor detail.
- Je bent klantgericht.
- Je hebt goede communicatie en luistervaardigheden.
- Je bent Stressbestendig, flexibel en autonoom.
- Je bent gefocussed op oplossingen.
