Port of Antwerp-Bruges heeft een belangrijke rol in de dagelijkse werking van de haven. Zo'n 1 800 medewerkers werken dag en nacht aan een klantgerichte dienstverlening, een optimale infrastructuur, innovatieve projecten en de promotie van de haven in binnen-en buitenland. Zij zetten zich samen in om de rol van Port of Antwerp-Bruges als duurzame wereldhaven te verstevigen. Onze missie? Port of Antwerp-Bruges, thuishaven als hefboom voor een duurzame toekomst.
Als co-assistant ga je aan de slag binnen de cluster nautische operaties. Je komt terecht in een team van een 18-tal assistants en rapporteert aan jouw teamleader administration. Met je collega's geef je uitvoering aan diverse administratieve taken en opdrachten voor de afdelingen binnen Nautische Operaties waarbij je rekening houdt met de gangbare procedures. Dankzij jouw organisatorische en administratieve vaardigheden sta je mee in voor de efficiënte en operationele werking van het intern opleidingscentrum.

Je takenpakket als co-assistant? Vanalles en nog wat
- Je organiseert je eigen werk binnen de vastgestelde richtlijnen en zorgt voor een correcte afhandeling van administratieve, organisatorische en logistieke opdrachten
- Je staat in voor de administratieve voorbereiding en het beheer van dossiers ter ondersteuning van het team
- Je biedt gerichte ondersteuning aan het development center, en treedt op als aanspreekpunt voor operationele vragen van interne en externe klanten
- Je controleert informatie om correcte en kwalitatieve data te garanderen
- Je beheert en volgt de mailbox van de afdeling op. Je beantwoordt eventuele vragen rechtstreeks of verwijst door naar gespecialiseerde collega's bij complexere opdrachten
Profiel
- Je bent in het bezit van een getuigschrift van het secundair onderwijs of je bent gelijkwaardig door ervaring
- Je bent klantgericht en oplossingsgericht en hanteert altijd een diplomatische communicatiestijl
- Jouw troeven? Plannen, teamplayer, nauwgezet, discreet en integer werken
- Je bent in het bezit van een rijbewijs B en kan vlot overweg met de gangbare kantoortoepassingen
- Durf, eenvoud en verbinding? Dat zijn waarden waarin jij je helemaal kan vinden
